Refund Policy.

This refund & cancellation policy is adopted by all clients of and will apply to all taxis as arranged on the customers behalf through  

Refund / Cancelation Policy 

  • All rides cancelled 24 Hours before start of the reservation will forfeit 80% of the payment amount made.
  • All rides cancelled less than 24 Hours before the  start of the reservation, will be considered a no show and will forfeit 100% of the payment amount made.

All refunds will be returned on the original form of payment.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, reserves the right to cancel all services. Where payment has been made, a refund of 100% of the amount paid will be issued. If a car breaks down during the journey, an alternative will be provided with a practical time allowance.

No refunds will be given for journeys terminated by the client part way through the hire.
